Order Processing and Shipping Schedule
Orders submitted before end of day Friday: We do our best to ship these orders on Saturday.
Orders submitted after Friday: These will be processed and shipped the following Wednesday.
Delivery Timeframes
Domestic Orders (within Tunisia): Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days after shipping.
International Orders (outside Tunisia): Delivery may take up to two weeks, depending on the destination country and local customs processing.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.
