All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product you received is defective.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please chat with us directly via the website or send an email to hello@fichiercache.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund after verifying the defect.

To process your claim, please provide your order number, a description of the defect, and photos if possible.

Non-Defective Products

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for non-defective products.

Shipping Costs

If a return is approved due to a defect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
