All sales are final. Fichier Caché does not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrived to you damaged, feel free to contact us and we will be sure to get back to you promptly. 

Product Availability
Although availability may be indicated on the site, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, therefore, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order

Shipping and Delivery
Orders will be shipped within 10 business days of placing an order, although most will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days. Depending on location within Tunisia, delivery can take 1-5 business days after being handed over to the courier service. 

Orders destined for Tunisia
Our primary courier service in Tunisia is Aramex. All orders placed within Tunisia are to be paid in CASH upon delivery. An Aramex delivery driver will contact you via phone to arrange a time to deliver your package. Aramex requests that you have exact change in cash to purchase your items. Please be sure to answer your phone to prevent your package from being sent back to FC. We are not able to contact Aramex delivery drivers to arrange for a delivery time or day.
